At Morena Dancewear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please bear in mind that all purchases can be either returned to us by mail or in person at our store in Sydney. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days from the date of the delivery given that the following conditions are met:
- Shoes/Clothing must NOT be worn or damaged.
- Shoes/Clothing must be in their original packaging. (Clothing in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached)
- Original receipt must be included.
How to return your purchase to Morena Dancewear?
- Use our contact form, or call us on 02 9181 4004, to alert us that you would like to return your purchase.
- After contacting us, we can then advise you to mail the shoes to our address in Sydney (at Level 1, 132 Victoria Rd, Drummoyne, NSW 2047) or alternatively you can return your purchase in person during our business hours. A copy of your receipt and your details MUST be included with the returned goods. Important to Note: all returned parcels must be sent by registered post with signature on delivery, Morena Dancewear will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged returned goods or pacels.
- A credit or a refund will be issued upon the return of the shoes/Clothing to our address (the amount of the credit or refund is the price paid for your purchase less the postage and handling fees, more details will be given to you upon contacting us)
Note that all orders can be fully refunded if cancellation is received (at least) three weeks prior to expected delivery time; you will be notified of the expected delivery time after placing your order.
For all orders made in store, a restocking fees of $35 per item will be charged for all returns.
